Valve manifold assemblies
Directional valves, pressure controls, flow regulators and check valves assembled around a common circuit. Modular sandwich valves can combine functions within each station.
Custom engineering / B2B supply
Hydraulic manifold blocks, mounting plates and complete valve assemblies specified around your circuit. IMPEX CONNECT works with specialist engineering partners to develop a suitable solution for your machine and procurement requirements.
Project-dependent limits. Maximum pressure and maximum flow are not necessarily available together.
Project-specific configuration and quotation. Prices exclude VAT.

A hydraulic manifold connects valves through internal passages in a common block or mounting plate. It brings directional, pressure and flow control into a compact unit, reducing external pipework and connection points. Layout, access for maintenance and pressure losses should be considered together.
IMPEX CONNECT coordinates custom hydraulic manifold design and assembly through specialist partners. Send a hydraulic circuit, component list or functional description for technical review. We support B2B procurement for machine builders, system integrators and industrial maintenance teams, including repeat supply of an agreed configuration.

Single-station subplates, multi-station manifolds and distribution blocks. Port positions and mounting interfaces are selected to suit the equipment layout.
Integrated cartridge valve circuits, dedicated control blocks and hybrid layouts. Functions and machining requirements are reviewed against the application.
Custom hydraulic blocks can be specified up to DN32, including non-standard manifold layouts. Project capabilities extend up to 420 bar and up to 4,500 L/min. These limits are evaluated individually and do not define a single combined operating point. Final ratings depend on the circuit, block material, selected valves and connections.
| Parameter | Selection basis |
|---|---|
| Nominal size | Up to DN32, selected for the circuit and required valve interfaces |
| Manifold layout | Standard mounting plates and non-standard manifolds designed around the application |
| Maximum operating pressure | Up to 420 bar, subject to the agreed design and component ratings |
| Maximum flow | Up to 4,500 L/min, subject to passage sizing, pressure drop and circuit layout |
| Connection types | G threaded ports, SAE 3000 and SAE 6000 flange connections; other connection types by specification |
| Valve interfaces | ISO/CETOP mounting surfaces or cartridge cavities matched to the chosen components |
| Control functions | Directional, pressure, flow and load control; proportional control where required |
| Block material | Aluminium, steel, cast iron or stainless steel, selected for pressure and operating conditions |
| Hydraulic operating conditions | Nominal and peak duty, pressure loss limits, return-line pressure and drain requirements |
| Installation and dimensions | Port orientation, mounting points, available space, service access and envelope dimensions |
| Fluid and seals | Hydraulic fluid, seal compatibility, viscosity and cleanliness requirements |
| Environment and surface protection | Operating temperature, installation environment and corrosion protection |
| Electrical control | Supply voltage, connectors, control signals and sensor requirements |
| Supply scope and quantity | Bare manifold, mounting plate or complete valve assembly; project and repeat B2B supply |
| Documentation and inspection | Agreed schematic, component list, drawings, identification and project-specific test requirements |
Custom valve blocks can be specified for industrial machinery, presses, hydraulic power units, production lines and test equipment. Replacement projects should include the existing schematic, component codes and installation dimensions.
Yes. Send a schematic, drawing or component list by email. If these are unavailable, describe the machine functions and operating conditions to start the review.
Include the preferred brand and component codes. Compatibility, function and interfaces must be confirmed for the complete assembly.
Both depend on the agreed design, components, material, inspection scope and quantity. Quotations and orders are handled by email. Prices exclude VAT.
