International Supply, Delivery and Payment

IMPEX CONNECT handles international B2B enquiries for hydraulic components and hose assembly equipment from Beograd, Serbia. Each request is reviewed against the product specification, destination and supply conditions.

Information needed for a quotation

  • Manufacturer and complete model code, including options and coil voltage.
  • Quantity, company name and delivery country, city and postcode.
  • Required delivery date and, for replacements, a nameplate photograph or drawing.

Availability and lead times

Website availability does not represent a live stock commitment. Products shown as unavailable may be sourced to order; availability, production or procurement lead time and the proposed dispatch date are confirmed in the quotation. Transit time is separate from preparation or production time.

Collection arranged with the buyer

Our standard approach is collection by the buyer or their appointed carrier from the location and on the date confirmed in the quotation. Collection is arranged only after we confirm that the goods are ready; a catalogue listing does not mean immediate warehouse availability.

Please provide the final destination even when collecting. Transport arrangements, loading, export or import documentation and the parties responsible for any related costs are confirmed in writing for the order. We do not include worldwide delivery in the displayed product price.

Prices and payment

Displayed prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. The written quotation confirms the final price, applicable taxes, payment arrangements and separately agreed charges. Sending a website enquiry does not place an accepted order; quotations and order confirmation are handled by email.
