Prices and contract formation
Website prices are indicative B2B information, exclude VAT and do not constitute a public offer or binding offer to sell. Delivery and other charges are confirmed separately unless stated otherwise. Sending an enquiry does not place an accepted order. Quotations, availability and orders are handled by email, subject to the agreed contract-formation process and applicable law. Hydraulic systems can create pressure, movement and stored-energy hazards. Selection and integration require competent technical assessment of the actual operating conditions. General catalogue values, example circuits, photographs and digitally prepared illustrations do not constitute a validated machine design, safety assessment or installation instruction. Maximum values quoted for a range may concern different configurations and may not be available simultaneously.
Only the expressly agreed configuration and documentation define the supplied goods and included services. Optional accessories or illustrative layouts may differ from a particular order. Where we agree to provide engineering services, this notice does not remove our responsibility for that agreed work.
Third-party content and rights
Manufacturer names and trademarks identify relevant products; their appearance does not imply an authorised dealership or endorsement. Linked sites, catalogues and third-party resources are subject to their owners' terms and may change. We do not give a general guarantee about third-party content or external website availability.
Third-party photographs and drawings may be used only with an appropriate legal basis. Editing or generating a variant from another party's image does not automatically remove that party's rights. Rights in each item remain with the relevant owner.
