Frequently Asked Questions
How do I request a quotation?
Send the manufacturer, complete model code, quantity and delivery destination using the enquiry form or email. We confirm the configuration, availability, price and terms in writing.
Does “unavailable” mean that I cannot order?
The catalogue is not a live stock list. A component may be available to order even when it is not in stock. Please request availability and a lead time for the required quantity.
Are prices shown with VAT?
No. Displayed prices exclude VAT. The final quotation states the applicable taxes and any separately agreed delivery or other charges.
What does “Price on request” mean?
A confirmed price is needed for that configuration. It does not mean that the component is free. Send the code and quantity for a quotation.
Can you help identify an existing component?
Send clear nameplate photographs, the complete code and installation information. Matching a connection size alone does not confirm interchangeability.
Are older model codes searchable?
Where a documented replacement is known, we include the earlier designation in the product text; for example, QTM3 descriptions reference MERS codes. Confirm function and dimensions before replacement.
Where can I find catalogues and CAD?
Use the download buttons on the product page or our documentation library. Drawings and photographs may illustrate a shared construction; the complete ordering code defines the supplied version.
How do international deliveries work?
Send the country, city and postcode. Collection by you or your appointed carrier is the standard approach. The pickup location, readiness date and destination conditions are confirmed individually. See international supply and delivery.
How do I send files?
Email photographs, drawings or a parts list to info@impex-connect.com. Include your enquiry reference or the component code.
How do I report a delivery or product issue?
Contact us with the order reference, product code, photographs and a description of the issue. Agree return instructions before sending goods. The applicable terms are explained in our B2B Terms and Conditions.
