How to request an offer or place an order

1. Send the product model or series, quantity, delivery country/postcode and technical requirements to info@impex-connect.com, or use our enquiry form.
2. We review the request and respond by email with the proposed equipment and commercial terms.
3. Confirm the order through the email correspondence. Payment and delivery arrangements are agreed as part of the offer.

Submitting an enquiry is a request for a quotation; it does not complete an online purchase. Orders are handled by email rather than website checkout.

Buyer-arranged collection

Collection by the buyer or their appointed carrier is our standard approach. The collection location and readiness date are confirmed in the quotation; please do not arrange collection before receiving confirmation.

Photos, drawings and replacement information

For an existing component, include the complete nameplate code and photographs of the installation. Send attachments directly by email. For cylinders, add the bore, rod diameter, stroke and mounting dimensions if known.
