CD1-W6/M1/10 — Duplomatic direct operated pressure relief valve
CD1-W6/M1/10 is a direct operated pressure control valve with a pressure adjustment upper limit of 350 bar and maximum flow of 3 l/min. This standard NBR version has an adjustment knob /M1.
The CD1-W is intended for low-flow pressure control and can also provide remote pilot control for control valves and two-stage pressure reducing valves. Both P and T ports are 1/4 inch NPT. The flanged body uses four mounting holes; check the mounting dimensions and sealing arrangement against the catalogue before installation.
The 350 bar maximum operating pressure and the selected pressure adjustment limit are separate ratings. Codes 3, 4, 5 and 6 identify adjustment limits of 70, 140, 210 and 350 bar respectively. Minimum controlled pressure and the pressure rise with flow depend on the operating point; use the catalogue curves for sizing.
Selection and installation
The manual knob provides pressure adjustment without a hex key. Specify the complete order code, thread standard and required flow when selecting a replacement. NBR seals are suitable for mineral hydraulic oils HL/HM according to ISO 6743-4. FPM/Viton versions require a separate specification. The CAD file represents the matching external adjustment configuration shared by the pressure range variants.
