Duplomatic DSE3-A26/13SA/11N-D12K1 proportional directional valve
DSE3-A26/13SA/11N-D12K1 is a direct operated proportional directional valve for continuously controlling the direction and speed of hydraulic actuators. This NG6 / CETOP 03 execution has a open centre A spool, one 12 V DC proportional solenoid on side A, K1 electrical connections and NBR seals. The SA execution has two positions (central and actuated) and spring return to the central position when de-energized.
Nominal spool flow is 26/13 l/min (asymmetric spool rating), with the catalogue reference pressure drop of Δp 10 bar P→T. This asymmetric spool has unequal metering areas; the two catalogue flow values identify the selected spool. The valve's overall maximum flow is 40 l/min; actual flow depends on pressure drop and command current. Maximum operating pressure is 350 bar at P, A and B, and 210 bar at T.
Use a suitable current-controlled supply or an external proportional amplifier; the nominal current is 1.88 A per coil. Valve opening is controlled by coil current, so nominal voltage alone is not a proportional control signal. The standard K1 connectors are included in the catalogue supply. NBR seals are specified for HL or HM mineral hydraulic oils.
