Duplomatic QTM3-SA/10N/CK3 modular flow restrictor valve
QTM3-SA/10N/CK3 is a non-compensated hydraulic flow restrictor with a check valve for free reverse flow. It controls flow in line A using meter-out operation. The ISO 4401-03 / CETOP 03 / NG6 sandwich interface allows installation in compact hydraulic valve stacks on power units, machine tools and industrial machinery.
The SA configuration restricts flow leaving the actuator through A. The built-in check valve allows free reverse flow. The CK3 knob engages when pressed and turned, and disengages when released to prevent accidental adjustment. Turn anticlockwise to increase the flow.
Replacement for MERS-SA/M/50
The QTM3 series succeeds MERS. For the corresponding hydraulic function and adjustment, QTM3-SA/10N/CK3 is the current selection for the previous MERS-SA/M/50 with M / SICBLOC adjustment. Confirm the full old code, circuit symbol, seals and installation clearances when replacing an existing valve; the overall dimensions are not identical in every version. CK3 is the current push-adjust-lock adjustment; the catalogue does not offer /W7 with CK3. FPM seals (V) are a separate execution for compatible special fluids.
