Duplomatic QTM3-SB/10N/S modular flow restrictor valve
QTM3-SB/10N/S is a non-compensated hydraulic flow restrictor with a check valve for free reverse flow. It controls flow in line B using meter-out operation. The ISO 4401-03 / CETOP 03 / NG6 sandwich interface allows installation in compact hydraulic valve stacks on power units, machine tools and industrial machinery.
The SB configuration restricts flow leaving the actuator through B. The built-in check valve allows free reverse flow. Flow is set with a 6 mm hexagon socket adjustment screw. Turn anticlockwise to increase the flow.
Replacement for MERS-SB/50
The QTM3 series succeeds MERS. For the corresponding hydraulic function and adjustment, QTM3-SB/10N/S is the current selection for the previous MERS-SB/50. Confirm the full old code, circuit symbol, seals and installation clearances when replacing an existing valve; the overall dimensions are not identical in every version. Optional /W7 zinc-nickel treatment is available to order. FPM seals (V) are a separate execution for compatible special fluids.
