Duplomatic QTM5-RD/10N/K1 modular flow restrictor valve
QTM5-RD/10N/K1 is a non-compensated throttle check valve for hydraulic cylinder and motor speed control. The RD configuration restricts flow in lines A and B using meter-in control and allows free reverse flow through the built-in check valve. The modular ISO 4401-05 / CETOP 05 / NG10 interface fits compatible sandwich valve stacks without external connecting pipes.
This version uses the optional K1 adjustment knob. Turn anticlockwise to increase flow. Catalogue limits are 350 bar maximum operating pressure and 120 l/min maximum flow. Flow depends on pressure differential and adjustment; this valve does not provide pressure or temperature compensation.
NBR seals (N) are specified for mineral hydraulic oils HL or HM. FPM seals (V) for suitable special fluids are a separate execution.
