RLM3T-A22/21N-D24K1 - Duplomatic electric fast/slow speed selection valve
RLM3T-A22/21N-D24K1 combines an RPC1 compensated flow regulator with a KT08 solenoid poppet bypass valve for switching between fast travel and an adjustable working speed. The slow-flow range is 0.025-22 l/min. The modular assembly mounts below ISO 4401-03 directional valves and operates at pressures up to 250 bar.
RLM3T regulates the return flow through T from the directional valve mounted above it, allowing speed control in both directions of actuator movement.
The A version uses a normally open (no) solenoid bypass: without power the valve provides fast / bypass flow; when energized it provides slow / regulated flow. The 65 l/min rating refers to free lines, not the nominal slow-flow setting. Select the fast-flow operating point using the catalogue operating-limit curve.
Electrical connection and installation
This NBR version uses a 24 V DC, 22 W coil with K1 connection. The electrical connector is ordered separately; IP65 requires a correctly connected matching connector. NBR seals are intended for mineral hydraulic oil HL/HM. Switching times are catalogue reference values measured with 36 cSt oil at 50 °C. The downloadable series 20 CAD represents the external mounting geometry; the catalogue states that overall and mounting dimensions remain unchanged for design series 20-29.
