RPC-2T3/31 – Duplomatic three-way flow control valve

Duplomatic RPC-2T3/31 is a pressure and temperature compensated three-way hydraulic flow control valve for subplate mounting. It delivers adjustable controlled flow from inlet E to outlet U up to 50 l/min, diverting excess flow to the tank through T. This supports actuator speed control while returning surplus pump flow at the pressure required by the circuit.

The standard six-turn calibrated knob includes a turn indicator and a locking screw. NBR seals are suitable for mineral oil HL/HM. Maximum operating pressure is 320 bar, and compensation requires at least 10 bar differential between E and U. The catalogue specifies a minimum controlled flow of 0.060 l/min.

Selection and installation

This standard RPC version has no built-in pressure relief valve; pressure protection must be provided by the hydraulic system. The RPCQ version incorporates an adjustable relief valve and is a different ordering configuration. Use the correct three-port ISO 6263-06 mounting pattern and check the E, U and T passages. The catalogue lists PMRPCQ2-AI4G rear-port subplates; E/U/T connections on these subplates are 1/2 inch BSP and X is 1/4 inch BSP. Confirm the port arrangement for the selected circuit.

The primary CAD image and downloadable DWG correspond to RPC-2T3/31. The additional family photograph shows an RPCQ version with a pressure adjustment screw; that screw is not part of this standard RPC model. Availability and delivery time are confirmed on request.
