RPC1-1/M/PCT3/10 - Duplomatic NG6 modular flow control valve
RPC1-1/M/PCT3/10 is a pressure and temperature compensated flow control valve for hydraulic actuator speed control. Its PCT3 configuration provides meter-in on P with adjustable backpressure on T, with an adjustable controlled flow up to 1 l/min. The sandwich assembly fits ISO 4401-03 directional valve stacks and is rated for operating pressures up to 250 bar.
A calibrated three-turn knob and locking screw retain the selected flow setting. The nominal flow rating applies to the controlled line; the catalogue separately specifies 65 l/min in free lines and 40 l/min for free reverse flow. Standard NBR seals are intended for mineral hydraulic oil HL/HM.
PCT3 combines inlet flow control in P with an adjustable backpressure valve in return line T, adjustable up to 70 bar. This backpressure setting is distinct from the 250 bar maximum operating pressure. The standard backpressure adjustment uses a hexagonal screw and locking nut; optional M1 is not included.
Selection and installation
In the order code, 1 is the controlled flow rating in l/min, M identifies modular ISO 4401-03 mounting, PCT3 the hydraulic configuration, and 10 the design series. Confirm the port routing, assembly orientation and mounting screw length for the complete valve stack. This modular version differs from the standalone RPC1 subplate valve.
