RPCQ-3T3/M/43 – Duplomatic three-way flow control valve with pressure relief
Duplomatic RPCQ-3T3/M/43 combines a pressure and temperature compensated three-way flow control valve with a built-in adjustable pressure relief valve. It supplies controlled flow from inlet E to outlet U up to 150 l/min and diverts surplus flow through T to the tank. The integrated relief valve has a 10–210 bar adjustment range; this range is distinct from the valve's maximum operating pressure of 250 bar.
The /M version uses a single-turn calibrated adjustment knob. A locking screw retains the flow setting. NBR seals are intended for mineral oil HL/HM. Compensation requires at least 12 bar pressure differential between E and U. The catalogue specifies a minimum controlled flow of 0.130 l/min.
Selection and installation
Q identifies the built-in pressure relief valve, 3 the mounting size, T3 the three-way configuration, M the single-turn adjustment, and 43 the design series. Use the proper ISO 6263-07 three-port mounting pattern and verify the E, U, T and X connections for the circuit. The catalogue lists PMRPCQ3-AI6G rear-port subplates with 1 inch BSP E/U/T ports and a 1/4 inch BSP X port. Set the relief pressure to suit the application; no factory pressure setting is specified here.
