Marzocchi 1P D 2,5 Hydraulic Gear Pump
The Marzocchi 1P D 2,5 is a compact fixed-displacement external gear pump in the 1P series, intended for hydraulic power units, auxiliary circuits and replacement applications. It has 1.6 cm³/rev displacement and a catalogued flow of 2.4 l/min at 1500 rpm.
This clockwise-rotation 1P model provides 230 bar continuous pressure (P1), 250 bar intermittent pressure (P2) and 270 bar peak pressure (P3), subject to the manufacturer's operating conditions and speed limits. Maximum speed is 6000 rpm.
The pump features a compact aluminium housing and standard tapered drive shaft. Verify mounting dimensions, drive coupling, clockwise rotation and inlet/outlet ports before replacing another hydraulic gear pump.

Operating limits and configuration
Intermittent pressure P2 is permitted for up to 20 seconds and peak pressure P3 for up to 2 seconds. The catalogue P1, P2 and P3 ratings apply only at speeds up to 3000 rpm for this size; the maximum speed in the specification table is a separate limit. Standard inlet pressure range is 0.7–3.0 bar absolute. Use mineral hydraulic oil with recommended viscosity 10–100 cSt and standard operating fluid temperature −15°C to +80°C.
The standard 1P drive shaft is tapered 1:8 with an M7 thread. The optional “G” shaft is a tang shaft and is a separate configuration. Standard inlet and outlet connections use flange fittings secured by four M6 screws per port (12 mm thread depth); G3/8 threaded “GAS” ports are optional.
