Marzocchi ALP1-D-6 Hydraulic Gear Pump
Marzocchi ALP1-D-6 is a fixed-displacement external gear pump from the ALP1 range. Displacement is 4.1 cm³/rev and catalogued delivery at 1500 rpm is 5.9 l/min. It is intended for hydraulic power units, industrial and mobile hydraulic systems, subject to application compatibility.
Operating limits and configuration
Continuous pressure P1 is 250 bar. Intermittent pressure P2 of 270 bar is permitted for a maximum of 20 seconds; peak pressure P3 of 290 bar for a maximum of 2 seconds. These pressure ratings apply up to 2500 rpm. The 4000 rpm maximum speed is a separate limit and does not imply simultaneous operation at the full stated pressure.
The standard ordering configuration specifies clockwise rotation, a European mounting flange, T0 tapered shaft and E flange ports. Threaded ports and other configurations require the appropriate additional ordering suffixes. Confirm mounting dimensions, shaft, ports and operating conditions against the catalogue before ordering.
