Duplomatic RS5/30 bidirectional throttle valve
RS5/30 is a manually adjustable throttle flow control valve for in-line installation with 3/4" BSP ports. A conical throttle operating in a cylindrical seat regulates flow in both directions. The standard hand knob is included and can be locked with the transverse grub screw.
Nominal flow is 80 l/min and maximum operating pressure is 400 bar. These catalogue values are measured with mineral oil at 36 cSt and 50 °C. Flow through a throttle depends on pressure drop, opening and oil viscosity; this valve does not provide pressure-compensated flow regulation or a free-flow check-valve bypass. Fully closing the valve provides good sealing for flow shut-off.
The threaded body is supplied for direct installation in the hydraulic line. Body dimensions are C = 86 mm, D = 40 mm and E max = 132.5 mm; adjustment knob diameter is 100 mm. Standard NBR seals are intended for HL/HM mineral hydraulic oil; the FPM option carries the separate /V suffix.
IMPEX CONNECT supplies Duplomatic RS throttle valves for hydraulic speed and flow adjustment. Match the installation type, connection or cavity, flow requirement and pressure before ordering.
