Duplomatic QTM3-GSB/10N/CK3 modular flow restrictor valve
QTM3-GSB/10N/CK3 is a non-compensated hydraulic flow restrictor with a check valve for free reverse flow. It controls flow in line B using reversible meter-in / meter-out operation. The ISO 4401-03 / CETOP 03 / NG6 sandwich interface allows installation in compact hydraulic valve stacks on power units, machine tools and industrial machinery.
The G configuration is reversible: meter-in or meter-out operation depends on the orientation of the valve on the supplied sealing subplate. The valve body has no O-ring seats; the sealing subplate is included. The CK3 knob engages when pressed and turned, and disengages when released to prevent accidental adjustment. Turn anticlockwise to increase the flow.
Replacement for MERS-GSB/M/50
The QTM3 series succeeds MERS. For the corresponding hydraulic function and adjustment, QTM3-GSB/10N/CK3 is the current selection for the previous MERS-GSB/M/50 with M / SICBLOC adjustment. Confirm the full old code, circuit symbol, seals and installation clearances when replacing an existing valve; the overall dimensions are not identical in every version. CK3 is the current push-adjust-lock adjustment; the catalogue does not offer /W7 with CK3. FPM seals (V) are a separate execution for compatible special fluids.
