RPC1-1/T3/41 – Duplomatic three-way flow control valve
Duplomatic RPC1-1/T3/41 is a pressure and temperature compensated three-way hydraulic flow control valve for subplate mounting. It supplies an adjustable controlled flow from inlet A to outlet B up to 1 l/min and diverts excess flow through port T to the tank. It is suitable for controlling cylinder or hydraulic motor speed where surplus pump flow must be returned to tank.
The three-turn calibrated knob has a turn indicator and a locking screw to retain the setting. This standard series 41 version uses NBR seals for mineral oil HL/HM and operates at pressures up to 250 bar. Compensation requires a pressure differential of at least 12 bar between A and B. The catalogue specifies a minimum controlled flow of 0.035 l/min for this range.
Selection and installation
The flow code 1 identifies the maximum controlled flow, T3 identifies the three-way pressure and temperature compensated configuration, and 41 is the design series. This version uses the standard three-turn knob. Use a suitable ISO 6263-03 three-port subplate with the correct A, B and T passages. The catalogue lists PMMD-AI3G and PMMD-AL3G subplates with the unused P port plugged; verify the mounting and hydraulic connections before installation.
