RPC1-10/CT/43 – Duplomatic compensated flow control valve
Duplomatic RPC1-10/CT/43 is a two-port hydraulic flow control valve with pressure and temperature compensation. It regulates flow from A to B up to 10 l/min for actuator speed control at operating pressures up to 250 bar. The integrated check valve allows free reverse flow from B to A up to 40 l/min.
The calibrated three-turn knob has a locking screw to hold the setting. Standard NBR seals are intended for mineral oil HL/HM. A pressure differential of at least 10 bar between A and B is required for compensation.
Selection and installation
The flow code 10 identifies the maximum controlled flow; C identifies the check valve, T identifies temperature compensation, and 43 the design series. Mount on a suitable ISO 6263-03 subplate: port T must not be drilled, and port P is not required for this version. This interface differs from ISO 4401-03 directional valves; check the port layout before replacement.
