RPC2-TS/31 – Duplomatic compensated flow control valve
Duplomatic RPC2-TS/31 is a two-port hydraulic flow control valve with pressure and temperature compensation. The S flow range provides controlled flow up to 38 l/min from E to U at operating pressures up to 320 bar. This standard T version has no integrated reverse-flow check valve.
The calibrated six-turn knob has a turn indicator and can be locked by a screw. The valve uses NBR seals for mineral oil HL/HM. A minimum pressure differential of 10 bar between E and U is required for compensation; the catalogue specifies a minimum controlled flow of 0.050 l/min. These features suit actuator speed control when load pressure and oil viscosity vary.
Selection and installation
Mount on a suitable ISO 6263-06 subplate and verify the E/U port arrangement. The catalogue specifies 4 × M8×60 mounting screws, 20 Nm tightening torque, M8×13 mounting threads. The matching rear-port subplate is PMRPC2-AI4G, with 1/2 inch BSP connections. These connection sizes belong to the subplate. This model uses the standard six-turn adjustment and has no optional RC compensating stroke governor.
