RPC3-TS/44 – Duplomatic compensated flow control valve
Duplomatic RPC3-TS/44 is a two-port hydraulic flow control valve with pressure and temperature compensation. The S flow range provides controlled flow up to 150 l/min from E to U at operating pressures up to 250 bar. This standard T version has no integrated reverse-flow check valve.
The calibrated six-turn knob has a turn indicator and can be locked by a screw. The valve uses NBR seals for mineral oil HL/HM. A minimum pressure differential of 12 bar between E and U is required for compensation; the catalogue specifies a minimum controlled flow of 0.120 l/min. These features suit actuator speed control when load pressure and oil viscosity vary.
Selection and installation
Mount on a suitable ISO 6263-07 subplate and verify the E/U port arrangement. The catalogue specifies 4 × M10×90 mounting screws, 40 Nm tightening torque, M10×16 mounting threads. The matching rear-port subplate is PMRPC3-AI6G, with 1 inch BSP connections. These connection sizes belong to the subplate. This model uses the standard six-turn adjustment and has no optional RC compensating stroke governor.
The DWG file and primary image represent the common external geometry of standard RPC3 valves. The supplied CAD is labelled series 43; the manufacturer states that overall and mounting dimensions remain unchanged within series 40–49.
