Marzocchi 0.25 D 18 External Gear Micropump
The Marzocchi 0.25 D 18 is a compact fixed-displacement external gear micropump in the 0.25 group, suitable for small hydraulic circuits and auxiliary power systems. Displacement is 0.19 cm³/rev, with a manufacturer-catalogue flow of 0.29 l/min at 1500 rpm.
This clockwise-rotation micropump supports 190 bar continuous operating pressure (P1), 210 bar intermittent pressure (P2) and 230 bar peak pressure (P3), subject to the manufacturer's operating and speed limits. Maximum speed: 7000 rpm.
The 0.25-series micropump features a compact aluminium body, standard drive-shaft arrangement and M10x1 connection thread. Confirm the exact mounting version and port configuration when selecting a replacement pump.
Operating limits and shaft configuration
The catalogue pressure ratings P1/P2/P3 apply at speeds up to 3000 rpm for this model. P2 is permitted for a maximum of 20 seconds and P3 for a maximum of 2 seconds. The listed 7000 rpm maximum pump speed is a separate limit and must not be combined with full pressure without manufacturer confirmation.
The standard shaft has a Ø6 mm drive section, tang and M6 threaded end. The optional G shaft has a different Ø8 mm tang-drive geometry and must be specified separately. Confirm the complete ordering code and mating coupling before ordering. Standard M10x1 hydraulic ports have a useful thread depth of 9 mm.
