Marzocchi GHP1-D-13 Hydraulic Gear Pump
Marzocchi GHP1-D-13 is a fixed-displacement external gear pump from the GHP1 range. Displacement is 9.3 cm³/rev and catalogued delivery at 1500 rpm is 13.3 l/min. Its high-resistance aluminium alloy body and ductile cast iron mounting flange and cover are designed for industrial and mobile hydraulic systems and hydraulic power units, subject to application compatibility.
Operating limits and configuration
Continuous pressure P1 is 210 bar. Intermittent pressure P2 of 225 bar is permitted for a maximum of 20 seconds; peak pressure P3 of 240 bar for a maximum of 2 seconds. These pressure ratings apply up to 2000 rpm. The 2600 rpm maximum speed is a separate limit and does not imply simultaneous operation at the full stated pressure.
The standard configuration specifies clockwise rotation viewed from the shaft end, a European mounting flange, T0 tapered shaft and E flange ports. Threaded ports and other configurations require the appropriate additional ordering suffixes. Confirm mounting dimensions, shaft, ports and operating conditions against the catalogue before ordering.
