P4D-RQM5-5/M/30N-D24K1/CM — modular pressure relief and unloading assembly
The Duplomatic P4D-RQM5-5/M/30N-D24K1/CM combines a pressure relief valve with an electrically operated unloading valve and a modular subplate for hydraulic valve assemblies. It provides mounting surfaces for P2D ISO 4401-03 and P4D ISO 4401-05 subplates. This NBR-sealed version has a pressure adjustment upper limit of 250 bar, 24 V DC, and SICBLOC knob adjustment.
The assembly is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. The selected adjustment limit is a different parameter: code 5 identifies the 250 bar version and code 6 the 350 bar version. Minimum controlled pressure depends on flow; consult the catalogue curve rather than assuming regulation down to zero pressure.
The catalogue permits up to 250 l/min through the pressure relief valve using the additional 3/4 inch BSP P port, but limits flow to the P1 port supplying P2D/P4D modular subplates to 120 l/min. The listed minimum flow is 10 l/min. The solenoid unloading function vents the total flow at a low residual pressure; this is a pressure-control assembly, not a compensated flow regulator.
Adjustment and installation
The /M SICBLOC knob is operated by pushing and turning together. The /CM option is the boot-protected manual override on the solenoid valve. Pressure adjustment and solenoid manual override are separate options. K1 identifies the electrical connection interface; the mating connector is not included and must be ordered separately.

Standard NBR seals are intended for mineral hydraulic oils HL/HM according to ISO 6743-4. The attached CAD represents the matching external configuration; pressure ranges and voltages sharing the same body and coil family have common external geometry.
