Duplomatic PZM3-RP070/10N/CK3 modular pressure reducing valve
PZM3-RP070/10N/CK3 is a direct operated, three-port pressure reducing valve for ISO 4401-03 / NG6 modular stacks. Configuration RP reduces pressure in P. The pressure reduction acts in the common P path. The regulator is on side A, using the catalogue A/B port-side designation, and the selected adjustment range is 10-70 bar.
This is a normally open, mechanically adjusted valve. Its three-port function can relieve secondary-circuit pressure surges to T. Internal drain flow returns to T; maximum T-port pressure is 10 bar. Maximum operating pressure is 350 bar, distinct from the selected adjustment range. Maximum flow is 50 l/min in controlled lines and 75 l/min in free lines.
Adjustment: CK3 — push, adjust, lock knob. Push and turn the CK3 knob to adjust; releasing it disengages the knob to prevent unintended changes. NBR seals are intended for HL/HM mineral hydraulic oils. The valve has a G1/4 pressure gauge connection and standard black phosphating.
