RM2-W4/31N — Duplomatic direct operated pressure relief valve
RM2-W4/31N is a direct operated pressure control valve with a pressure adjustment upper limit of 140 bar and maximum flow of 50 l/min. This standard NBR version has a recessed hex pressure adjustment screw and locking nut.
The RM2-W uses threaded BSP ports and panel mounting with a ring nut. The P inlet is 3/8 inch BSP; the T outlet is 1/2 inch BSP. The panel mounting thread is M45x1.5 and the catalogue specifies an SKF KM9 ring nut and a panel thickness of 5–8 mm. RM2-W uses direct operation for flows up to 50 l/min.
The 350 bar maximum operating pressure and the selected pressure adjustment limit are separate ratings. Codes 3, 4, 5 and 6 identify adjustment limits of 70, 140, 210 and 350 bar respectively. Minimum controlled pressure and the pressure rise with flow depend on the operating point; use the catalogue curves for sizing.
Selection and installation
Clockwise rotation of the adjustment screw increases pressure. Specify the complete order code, thread standard and required flow when selecting a replacement. NBR seals are suitable for mineral hydraulic oils HL/HM according to ISO 6743-4. FPM/Viton versions require a separate specification. The CAD file represents the matching external adjustment configuration shared by the pressure range variants.
