Duplomatic RSN2-I/30 throttle check valve
RSN2-I/30 combines an adjustable throttle with a check-valve bypass for screw-in installation in a hydraulic manifold block. The conical throttle regulates flow in one direction while the opposite direction has free return. The included hand knob can be locked with the transverse grub screw.
Nominal flow is 15 l/min, maximum free-flow capacity is 35 l/min and maximum operating pressure is 320 bar. The check valve opens at 0.35 bar. Catalogue performance values use mineral oil at 36 cSt and 50 °C; actual metered flow depends on pressure drop, knob opening and oil viscosity.
Free flow enters through the axial port at the cartridge tip and exits through the radial ports; throttling acts in the reverse direction. Full closure provides good sealing in the regulated direction; the reverse check-valve path remains available.
The -I cartridge uses a M20x1.5 mounting thread. The 1/4" reference is its equivalent RSN nominal size, not a BSP port on the cartridge. Use the complete RSN cavity drawing; matching thread size alone is insufficient. Bonded seal type 400-513 is excluded from supply. Standard NBR seals suit HL/HM mineral hydraulic oil.
