Duplomatic RSN7/30 throttle check valve
RSN7/30 combines an adjustable throttle with a check-valve bypass for in-line installation through 1 1/4" BSP ports. The conical throttle regulates flow in one direction while the opposite direction has free return. The included hand knob can be locked with the transverse grub screw.
Nominal flow is 200 l/min, maximum free-flow capacity is 400 l/min and maximum operating pressure is 320 bar. The check valve opens at 0.35 bar. Catalogue performance values use mineral oil at 36 cSt and 50 °C; actual metered flow depends on pressure drop, knob opening and oil viscosity.
The catalogue identifies B → A as the free-flow direction and A → B as the regulated direction. Follow the flow-direction marking on the body. Full closure provides good sealing in the regulated direction; the reverse check-valve path remains available.
